He is an experienced innovation manager with a proven track record in technology scouting, innovation pipeline development, and strategic investment in foodtech startups, covering several categories such as: alternative proteins, plant-based alternatives, gut health & microbiome, and ingredient innovation (e.g. clean-label ingredients, sugar substitutes).  Sathaporn holds a PhD in Food Chemistry from Mie University, Japan.
